Hi reddyme: I love the STS Series, particularly STS Meso 2. It did help me to build muscle so when I went back to the Gym Style I could life heavier weight. As msperkey suggested, the Pyramid workout is effective as well in a different way since doing 60 reps in row produces muscle failure as well but you need to use lighter weights because of the number of reps. Alternating between all 3 of these workouts should give you the results you want.
