Upper body workout suggestion

Hi,

I'm looking for a upper body workout to do for a couple a weeks to follow GS and S&H.
Which one would provide a tough Upper body workout: SS, P&P, BM2, CTX, Muscle Max, the segments from ME + BC in Terminator?
Do you have any other suggestions which I haven't mentionned?

You might want to do some high rep, lighter weight work for awhile after doing GS and S&H. I'd recommend CTX Upper Body.
 
I like the premix in PP which is upper body X2. Its a good workout, and its an endurance workout.

Pyramids Upper Body. It's a killer - endurance and strength. Plus, you hit everything in one day and under and hour! It can't be beat!!
