I am new to cathe workouts. I have always done the firm which I still love. I am looking to get more muscle definition in my arms and the girls on the firm forum suggested cathe workouts. I just recently purchased push and pull,upper body pyramid,kick punch and crunch, and muscle endurance. I did the pyramid workout on sunday and loved it. I want to take advantage of the discounts and am looking to buy more videos. I just dont know if I should buy the slow and heavy series or the pure strength series as well as the supersets? I have read good reviews on all but am having a hard time deciding which ones to buy. I am looking to get more cut in the shldrs especially. my biceps/triceps are responding good however the side and lateral delts are slow. I want that cut on the side of your arms from the side delt area. If i flex you can see the muscle but when arms are relaxed you cant. I would love any advice on these workouts?thanks laura
