Hi, I was just previewing alot of FitnessFreak's rotations. I'm leaning towards working one body part per day and I like how she pairs 2 different workouts together, ie. Chest from Muscle Max, followed by Chest from PH (not sure if that was an actual real pairing but you get the idea).
Now that Cathe has come out with more dvds which ones do you feel would be the best Heavy Strength + Higher Rep "polisher" combo???
I was thinking Burn Set + Power Hour....but maybe there are other good combo's out there I'm not thinking of.
