Hi! I've just discovered Cathe's tapes (thanks to the FIRM forum!) I ordered the 2 upper body PS tapes. I love them!... love the style, workout, everything! I think Cathe is awesome and her physique enviable!
I do have a few questions though....
Can you do both workouts in one day or on consecutive days? I know you're not supposed to do the SAME tape 2 days in a row or more than twice a week. Which schedule lends itself to the best results?
Also, I'm a little cash poor right now, thanks to all the videos I've bought!
I don't have a barbell yet (hopefeully next month!) In the meantime what exercise could I do instead of t-bar rows? Can I do extra sets of one arm lat
rows, instead?
