Hey guys! I'm really trying to strengthen my upper body build some muscle! Was wondering if anyone would mind taking a look at this rotation and letting me know what you think. Any feedback would be great!
Monday: Cardio / legs ( I prefer barre training for my legs )
Tuesday: Muscle Max upper body
Wednesday: Cardio / legs
Thursday: xTrain biceps / triceps
Friday: xTrain shoulders / back / chest
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Pyramid upper body
So basically I'll be hitting each muscle group 3x's per week and combining muscle endurance (muscle max / pyramid ) with heavy lifting (xtrain).
