I was doing Gym Style BSB this morning and just thinking...YES...thinking while doing the concentration curls! LOL. I'm focussing on upper body toning which is always a struggle for me for some reason. I've been doing a lot of reading about the P90X series and the idea of muscle confusion. I don't want to buy them, so I got to thinking what I can do to use my Cathe workouts in the manner that the other series does. Then it hit me.
Upper Body Circuit weight workout.
Right now, as far as my knowledge goes, all of Cathe's upper body weight segments/workouts, are grouped my muscle group. I'm thinking about a circuit workout where Circuit #1 does an exercise for each group...chest, tris, bis, shoulders and back. Then Circuit #2 does a different exercise for each group. Then Circuit #3 yet another exercise, and so on for several circuits.
