Please do an ub and lb band waorkout. It would be so great for when you go on vacation. I love using bands for my ub I really have enough weight free exercise for my lb so I might not need a band workout for it.
Also PLEase do an all Plyo tape. Seems like it would just have to be about 30 minutes because of the intensity. If you check out p90x plyo you may get an idea. I have it and it is good but Cathe you could do a way better job. You are really the queen of plyo!
