Uploading a pic in profile

i am trying to upload a pic in my profile... it is asking for a URL???

Is there a place I can simply Browse from an image in my PC?

No, you can't upload a picture from your PC. It has to be hosted somewhere, like Picturetrail or Photobucket. You can open an account at either site for free, and then upload your pic to that site, and then you can post it here.
