Hello Friends of the Forum.
Late this past week, my parents went back to Mayo for a check up to see if the self to self transplant is still an option for my Dad. So, after running numerous tests and blood work, I am happy to say and praise GOD for it that my Dad position of success for this went from 70% just before going home to now 90%. My Dad surprised the doctors at Mayo with his gaining weight and strength. One of his doctors were happy when my Dad got out of his chair on his own and shook his hand, so much so that this doctor wanted to up his transplant by two weeks. In addition, our family has the additional blessing that my parent's friends have gotten together to finance their housing for the transplant. When he came home, he was barely moving on his own and now he is only using a cane. Praise GOD for the great news and the relief it brings.
