Just an update.
I got the download for BFFM. Just printed everything out now I'm ready to read. Customer Service did send me email saying they've been have problems with the site and sent me the e-book and bonus books by email. I think I might change my email address because I use Outlook Express here at work and it doesn't show a Bulk Mail Folder. And that's where the emails went (I guess the computer thought it was spam). But when I access my work email from a Yahoo Mail page it shows the bulk folder. WIERD!!!
