Update on great niece Grace Louise

First, thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. I am so grateful and I knew you all were where I needed to go for support! I just received an e-mail from my sister-in-law (Gramma) and she said that Grace is taking about 40 cc of mama's milk at every feeding and my niece will start nursing today, so she is ecstatic! So far no side effects from the phenobarbital that will be decreasing and no indication of any invasive procedures so far, so all are optimistic.

Yesterday was my brother's (Gramps') birthday, so I'm sure he feels these developments are his greatest gift ever! I'll continue to keep you updated, and thanks again for keeping Grace Louise in your prayers!

ETA: There is talk of a discharge next week, so things are definitely more positive than just a week ago. The miracle continues...
