Update on Fitness competition

That takes such commitment and dedication, you must feel so accomplished. I have to ask though, how did you control your appetite on only 900 calories/ day at times? I'd be ready to eat my hand with that!:D I guess my fear would be suddenly binging form sheer starvation.

It was def different but it was a gradual decrease when I had to have less and less cals. There were days I was starving but I had spent so much money there was no backing out. It's totally different then being hungry for not reason.
