Heres the scoop
The guy they met with was very postive and think that there should be no reason why they can not get the money. It was a bank as such but more of a business type bank and all they do there is loan people money for business's. We still aren't telling anyone just in case something bad happens, b/c ya never know, right? He said that they have loaned out money to worse business ventures.He also said that they have loaned out money to ratios that were 4-1, but Dh and his money are 1-1.Not sure what this means but it sounds awesome.I think they will be good I just think that the guy they meant with didn't want to say yes, just to cover his own A$$.He even said that he will bring the papers into town on Tues so theycan sign them...so it must be a go
When they came back to town,they put the deposit on the business that they needed to.This gives them 30 days to get the money they need and no one else is aloud to buy it or make anymore offers until the 30 days is up.So if something happens with this bank then they have more time on thier hands.
