Hi Rhonda! I just saw your message this morning. I was away in rainy
Florida last week. I've been working my abs every day working them w/different variations for 15-20 min. I also tweaked my diet & sure enough I see a difference. I'm definitely leaner. I'm also concentrating using heavier weights for my legs; up to 60#s now. I use 50#s on my Troy lite & then use a 10# weight belt. I want more definition there. How's it going for you? Haven't started on running yet. I live in NY & its soooooo cold. Will try to start once weather turns nice again! In the meantime, I use IMAX2 & kickboxing for my cardio 2x a week.
