Upcoming visit

I am from Massachusetts and have a business meeing in Philadelphia,Pa. next week, April 2nd thru the 4th. While I will have only a short amount of free time, I intend to visit your club while there. I dont belong to a club, as I do all my workouts at home.

I have been working out with your videos for 2 years now and have lost, and kept off, almost 100 lbs. I am 60 yrs old and am better shape than when I was 21 yrs old. I started at 288 lbs and now maintain at 200 lbs. My wife complains that I'm too thin.

My question is, during my visit to your club, are you accessable to say "thank you" to ? I see that you are doing a "high step" class on the 3rd, and would love to do a live class with you, but the step can be tough on my knees, so I have to think about it. Not sure, maybe I could just skip some of that part and do the rest of the class.

Anyway, if possible fine, if not, then I will thank you now for being an excellent instructor and motivator. For me fitness started out as a way to lose weight, but while doing it, I found that I love to work out, especially with weights, and it has now become a part of my daily life, along with a total change in diet and eating habits. Again, thanks.

I am not Cathe, but I just wanted to say congratulations on all that you have accomplished! Sounds like you are doing great!

Hi TMF41 ;-)

I'm sorry I didn't respond to you in time but I'm so glad that you decided to come and work out with me. I had so much fun meeting you and wow, your weight loss story is so inspiring. You look amazing and you had the most genuine glow of accomplishment on your face when you told me that you lost 100 pounds. High five to you!!!!

You did so well in high step class and I love to see my participants good and sweaty }( Job well done. I hope your time in Philadelphia was great and please stop by again sometime.

So nice of you to follow up with me.

I am so glad that I made the time to go to your facility and work out with you. It was really special to meet you. You were so cordial and receptive during our talk, that I felt like I had known you for years.

The workout was fun, and as always it was designed to challenge you and make you dig a little deeper, which is what I love about your workouts in the first place--the challenge. The motivation is to try to keep up with you, which is not easy.

Good luck with your upcoming video projects and if you ever get the chance, we "baby boomers" with bad knees would love to see an advanced low impact cardio workout.

Other than my recent meetings in Philadelphia, I usually pass by your area about twice a year enroute to vacation destinations. I will certainly attempt to stop by again. Again, thank for everything.

P.S. I just ordered your dvd "High Step Challenge" from you, as I can use the challange.
