Unable to submit review

SNM or Cathe,

I was unable to write and submit a review in the new Shopping Cart software.

In order to write a review you must log in as current or new user. The system is not recognizing my long-established e-mail and password. It doesn't work logging in as a new user either.

Not sure if this is unique to me, but I would love to write some reviews.

I was able to log on, but could not see where to submit a review.

Hi Honeybunch,

Try these steps and see if you can log in order to write a review:

Order Online
Chose the DVD you're interested in
Click on the blue words that say "learn more about this product"
Then on the next page scroll all the way down to the bottom and you'll see more blue lettering that says "Be the first to write a review"
That's when you are asked to log in....and it just wont let me.

Try it and let me know if you succede,

You can't use your forum password to log into the shopping cart. You should first try using your email address we have on file for your orders and then use the default password of cathe123. If this does not work then just register as if you are a new customer.
