Unable To Play On Demand Videos

For the past week whenever I try to play an on demand video, I get the error 'Error Loading Media. File Could Not Be Found'. I get this regardless of which on demand video I am trying to watch. I am able to view the recorded Live videos just fine. Is this a known issue? If so, how do you resolve it?

I saw another post for this same issue and saw the suggestions were clear the browser cache and cookies. I tried that and it worked. Yaay!
