Unable to get disc out of case??

Hello everyone. I received the PUB/PLB DVD yesterday, and I can not get the disc out of the case to save my life. I emailed customer service, but I haven't gotten an answer back from them yet. Has this happened to anyone else before?

Some of them can really stick in there. Try hoding the case upside down while you push in the center button. That usually does it for me.

That usually does make it pop out but not this one! It (the button) looks different than all my other Cathe DVDs. It has no give WHATSOEVER. I think the only way I will be able to get it out is to break it and that will do me no good. I'll keep trying, but I think I am going to have to send it back.
 
I called myself doing that, but I'll keep trying. I really wanted to use this today!
