Has anyone followed his workouts and nutrition plan relgiously? If so...how much willpower did it take? And, who of you only had about 10-15 lbs to lose?

I love it! Yes I followed it religiously. I did however follow Cathe's workouts instead of his - but remained totally true to his clean eating. What an accomplishment when you get to the end. You'll love it. I needed to break a plateau and I did. But it is hard.
 
Which Cathe workouts did you do? Did you follow a particular rotation or try to stick to something similar to the book??
 
I tried to stick to stuff similar to the book. I did it prior to hard core coming out and I only had intensity and a few body blasts. I relied on Boot Camp a lot because that really seems to incorporate many of his moves. PUB hit much of his stability ball work and PLB covered his target for lower body. When I needed a second cardio session (my primary was 45 minutes on an elliptical) I would add on Step Blast. I just found that I like an instructor more than trying a routine on my own.
