Uh Oh....I may have been converted.....

>Can you all recommend a CC workout if I were going to start
>with 1 (for the treadmill). What's your favorite?

I'd say you need #5 and #7 for sure. Volume 5 runs about 50 - 55 minutes, and #7 is about an hour long. They're both tough workouts but great for a treadmill -- they incorporate lots of sprints!! }( :D

If you want a shorter workout under an hour, I'd recommend anything from #2 revised through #4. They give you a good mix of sprints and hills. The latest, #8 is all hills and one tough workout! (#'s 2 & 4 are personal favorites ;) )

The only thing I have to add, is this:

Last night, I could not get to sleep so I put on the stretch from #7, initially thinking that the sound of the waves would put me to sleep. However, I think Sean's voice was much more effective!!

Oh, and welcome to CardioCoachLand Gayle!!! There's no escape now, my friend!!!}(

I'm waiting for Sean to release a new series -- Coach Sean's Audio Guided Bedtime Stories -- BWAHA!! I'd buy that ;) :7

Gayle, I am so glad we've made you see the light!:) I was so glad when I saw it too.

For Tina and Cindi, I will recommend vol. 3. It is so fun and is not as long as the subsequent volumes. I also recommend printing out the info on all the CC workouts you buy, so you can pick and choose segments on days when your time is short or you want to mix segments, etc. You can then make them longer, shorter, less intense or more intense.;)

Have fun!
Sandra, who now has all the Cardio Coach workouts!:)

My suggestion is to start with Vol 1 and just keep adding Volumes in the order of their numbers because you are going to buy them ALL once you get hooked anyway! Volume 1 is the shortest and easiest with each volume getting progressively harder IMO and longer too! Sooo, in other words, BUY THEM ALL! That makes it easy!!! Now, who is being the enabler??? :p

Ha! Debbie -- YOU'RE the enabler! That's exactly what happened to me. I bought V1 and shortly thereafter I ordered the rest. I'm hooked!

Hi Michele! I love Volume 1! There are days when it just is the perfect workout. I don't think ANY of them are EASY, some are just EASIER! I also started with Vol #1. The rest is history!
