UGH! Starting the New Year hurt?

So, I've been consistently working out @ 6 days a week. Due to family in town, I took my rest day yesterday. I did feel my lower back getting tight and now this morning (off work today), I wanted to do Drill Max, but hard to stand up straight and hurts on the right lower side! I took some ibruprofen in hopes to feel better and be able to workout today.

Not the way I wanted to start the New Year....:-(
 
Me too!! Only it seems to be my left hamstring and now quad and hip... Kick Max was a bit** yesterday. I'm bad, though, I plan to do Boot camp anyway this afternoon. I might use vodka afterwards if it really hurts. And I have a massage scheduled for tomorrow.:7
