UGGGH! Little Red bumps

I have these little red bumps on the back of my upper thighs. It's almost like ingrown hairs or something, I'm not really sure. My legs are fairly toned but these bumps make the back of my legs look horrible. Does anyone else get this and if so what do you do about it?

Wendy, run, don't walk to your nearest drug store and pick up some Eucerin Plus Smoothing Essentials lotion.

I bought a bottle of this last week because I had a coupon and the change in my skin was nearly instantaneous! I wish I'd found this stuff ages ago.

They make a version that seems even heavier-duty...

The key is to get something that does chemical exfoliation. I'd been loofa-ing and moisturizing to beat the band with no results. Exfoliation is the key.

Hope this helps!

You might want to check w/your derm. Could be excema (very common in cold, dry weather & easily treated) or psoriasis (not curable, but somewhat treatable--psoriasis & excema look pretty much the same).

Or you could have an allergy--new soap? Laundry detergent? Lotion?

My dermatologist recommended "Amlactin" lotion. You have to get it from the pharmacist (it's not on the open shelf), but it isn't prescription. I had a similar rash on my back and it completely cleared it up.
