Dear Cathe,
First off I have to say my new years resolution was to start working out more often. I have kept that promise to myself. I started out with some workout dvds and then I purchased a Step at Target in March (it was between that and Gunner Petersen's the Core with Stability Ball, glad I purchased the Step instead!) and I am hooked. You are such a motivating and wonderful instructor too! I am still only on Basic Step (taking it one step at a time..)but I do it every other day and love it. I purchased some other work out dvds at Walmart and Target but after seeing the high quality of dvds you have, I am now hooked on only Cathe dvds. I just purchased Core Max for my abs and cant wait to give that a try. Next on my wish list is Low Max.
My question is if the smaller step I purchased at Target (in the Body Fusion Kit) will be ok for future dvds I purchase from you for Step aerobics? I purchased two additional risers for this, but now see there is a larger Step you can use. I do just fine with my smaller step but maybe in the future I should go for a larger size? The Basic Step and Low Impact workouts I have though show you using the smaller step. Is there a difference?
THANKS SO MUCH! You are an inspiration and very motivating. My husband is so proud of me for keeping up on my workouts. I have not lost much weight (5'8", 145 pds) but I am toning up! I also feel better and have more energy! I have suffered from iron-deficiency anemia in the past and I think exercise will help build up my strength and energy.
