Two Videos in One Day?

I am sure many of you do Cathe's monthly rotations. When the day calls for two videos, do you complete both start to finish or do you do the first one, skip the cool down and go directly to the next one? I am doing her June 2012 rotation and the day called for MMA Kickbox and HIIT Double Wave Pyramid. I skipped the stretch in MMA and went right into HIIT. I was just wondering what others do. Thanks!
 
I always do each video in it's entirety when doing more than one in one day. I do the warm-up and cool down for each video.
 
If time allows, I like to do them a few hours apart. I've read before that it kicks your metabolism harder when your body goes from rest to active to rest to active to rest, but you have to allow time for that post-workout burn to work through. If time doesn't allow, however, I usually skip the cool-down/warm-up as well. Well, unless I want to stall a little bit. . . .
 
Nivipa, Cathe spoke (in Afterburn, I believe) of making stalling a formal element of her workouts because she's so good at it. Sounds as though you're good at it too! I know I am. :)
 
It depends somewhat on what the workouts are, but typically I do the same as buneknek - do the warm up from the first one and the cool down from the second one. Occasionally I will do all or part of the second warm up too, especially if I am doing a weight workout followed by cardio.

I skip the cool down of the first workout. If I cool down, then I am relaxed and won't want to do another workout. Sometimes I do the warm up of the 2nd workout. Depends on how I feel.
