Two Elite Mish-Moshes

These are for Cathe-ites who have 5-disc DVD changers, who do not have any joint (especially knee) issues where they have to avoid impact, and who want a premium challenge.

ELITE STEP-INTERVAL MISH-MOSH:

I-Max 1, Rhythmic Step or I-Max 3 warm up;
I-Max 3 Blast Only premix
Step Blast Blast Challenge (mix-n-match feature)
I-Max 2 blasts ONLY (mix-n-match feature)

ELITE FLOOR INTERVAL MISH-MOSH:

CTX Power Circuit warm-up through Hi/Lo
CTX 10-10-10 Hi/Lo segment, substituting "power scissors" aka "explosive lunges" aka "power lunges" for mambos AND plyo heel digs
Boot Camp Cardio Only premix (omitting warm-up)
Kick max Boot Camp Challenge
Cardio Kicks power drills

Soon I will be re-printing The Ultimate Intense Mish-Mosh Collection, many of which have been previously posted, and will incorporate the new mish-moshes utilizing Hard Core. Are you not blessed?

Do you try these before you put them up here or are you trying to see who passes out first so you know if they work???

Do you have any in mind that are HC only? These are the only ones that I have the DVDs. Everything else I have video cassettes, and they are hard to rewind, fast forward, etc. for your mish-moshes. How about a Hardcore only mish-mosh? I always love looking at your ideas!! Thanks! Jenn
 
Thank you aquajock for these mish-mosh and the others you have provided. I actually enjoyed your mish-mosh's and I am looking forward to the hardcore-mish/mosh. I got the 5-disc DVD changer for xmas of 2003 and it was by far one of the best gift I have recieved. Now if I can convince my husband to buy me a new tv and surround system for my workout room, I will be happy. Thanks again, chap
 
Hi, Jpansaski (I think)! Couple of Hard Core Only mish-moshes off the top of my bald little head. Just a caveat: for circuit work I prefer leg circuits only with a 52.5 lb barbell (use whatever weightload works for you) to keep the deep cardio thing going; thus where there are circuit workouts that also have upper-body components I just omit them going to the next cardio chapter OR power through them with squats, plie squats or lunges.

HC EXTREME INTERVALS + CIRCUITS MISH-MOSH:

Perform HC Extreme Intervals + Circuits workout as produced until you get to the first set of resistance cycles; perform barbell squats ONLY through the first two cycles; then go onto the next cardio sequence and do that as produced, when you get to the next set of resistance cycles power through the first two resistance cycles with barbell lunges (remember to perform equal numbers of lunges on each leg), then do the same with cardio+resistance cycles #3. AFTER THAT, disc-skip to Kick Max Boot Camp challenge and perform the first four intervals; PAUSE and bang out 48-56 plie squats with barbell; un-pause and perform the next four intervals, then PAUSE and bang out 48-56 total lunges; then do the last two intervals, PAUSE and bang out 24 squats, 24 plie squats, and 24 lunges PER LEG.

Actually, that's the only one I can think of that I haven't already done. I'll cue up a post I wrote a few days ago, "Preliminary Mish-Moshes" because I think those only incorporate HC.

Buckingham just emerged from the workout room having completed one of the above mishmoshes (who knows which one...does it matter?) and lifted his tail high in the air, picked up his back foot and shook his second toe in the general direction of Minnesota...then stomped off in a huff. Susan...can you interpret this????? Sometimes I just can't figure him out.

Briee....loving the elites!!!
