Hi! I'm in week 1 of Meso 2, and my muscles are all aflame! I'm loving these workouts, but I'm also finding that they are wiping me out, and I might need an extra day off to recover (not consecutively). I'm also taking Tae Kwon Do with my daughter, so that adds to my activity. However, it doesn't provide me with a consistent cardio workout like my normal cardio does (due to lots of stops and starts during the class).
I'm wondering if anyone else struggles with maintaining their former 6-day per week workout schedule. I know I should listen to my body and rest when I need to, but I'm also a sucker for following my exercise routine!
