<--is usually happy about DOMS but not today.
<--went to bed at 8pm last night. That is why <--is up with the chickens this morning.
<--doesn't want to go to work today.
<--thinks y'all must be tired of hearing <--whine so <--'ll shut up now!:p
 
<--is sitting with the golden coffee pot and many mugs awaiting the arrival of the java junkies! Come one, come all and get your piping hot java here!!!:9
<--also has a jug o' water for those who don't do java. :)
 
<--has been up for 1.5 hours and is now ready for a nap.:p
<--is surprised that Shelley hasn't popped in here yet...or Robin as they are both early birds usually!:)
 
<--is eating breakfast now.
<--wonders if anyone can guess what <--chose to eat??
<--says don't worry about responding to <--'s posts...<--likes talking to <--self!:p :7 :7 :7
 
<--passes empty coffee cup to TiG
<--is very sorry that TiG has a cold and DOMS
<--thinks that the cold "aches" will blend into the DOM aches for a not-so-good combination!
<--has upper body DOMS from KenpoX yesterday!
<--can understand the shoulder/delts/lats DOMS
<--doesn't understand the bicep DOMS!?
<--is deciding whether to go to WW tonight
<--doesn't want to, but wants information on new program that supposed to start either this week or next
<--is reading YOU: on a Diet and thoroughly enjoying it!
<--has Imax mish mosh on the plate for this afternoon
<--has also been up for almost 2 hrs!
<--doesn't get the 0400 internal alarm!!!x( x(
<--gives TiG a shoulder massage to make up for her being alone here for so long!

<--has an internal alarm that goes off at 5am but <--usually doesn't get out of bed at that time.

<--tells TiG that <--would "grab & go" with the information, but has to sit through the 30 minutes of "What to do during the holidays to stay within your points" speech that happens to be the same speech that <--heard LAST Christmas and the Christmas BEFORE!!!
<--that question can be substituted equally with, "How do you handle holiday buffets, work potlucks, or family get-togethers?"
<--answers are invariably ALWAYS THE SAME from year to year!!
<--totally was NOT expecting the DOMS from KenpoX!!
<--can't imagine someone doing it with weighted gloves!

<--had Lasik done almost 4 1/2 yrs ago and LOVE it!!!
<--has worn glasses since 3rd grade!
<--'s Rx was -10.75 in both eyes!!!
<--now is 'glasses-free', but had to go back because right eye was undercorrected the first time
<--didn't mind, though for the sake of ditching the glasses!!!
 
<----tells Amy the goodie tray is almost gone thanks to the piggerly men in the office
<----says Good Gosh Amy! You had some bad eyesight!
<----is glad Amy is glasses-free

<---finally fell asleep and dreamed of lots and lots of spiders crawling everywhere, and a 10-lb tarantula biting <---'s hand

<--picked up some chicken breasts for dinner last night as well as the new Pirates movie and other goodies
<--left the chicken breasts and the Pirates movie at the checkoutx(
<--did immediate "about-face" and retrieved chicken and movie, but DH was whining that he was out of Little Debbie Nutty Bars, so had to pick those up as well (and the peanut butter)
<--tells Tammy, that yes, <-- had HORRIBLE eye sight!!
<--laughed because when <--had surgery, they re-checked that I had signed the consent for the surgery....but they wouldn't let <-- have <--'s glasses....<--had to hold the consent about 4 inches from <--'s face to see the signature!!! At first, <--couldn't even see the paper the nurse was holding out!:eek: :7 :D :+

<---'s ophthalmologist said <--- doesn't even need to bother wearing a contact in the left eye because there's really no way to correct the vision enough for proper "binocular" vision
<---can't even see the big E clearly on the eye chart
<---pretty much functions with one eye - which can be corrected with a contact lens
