Turtles and bands

I just have 2 observations, and going to get them both in one post:D

I was doing CoreMax last night, and I realized that when I am doing abs on the floor on my back for a long time, I feel like a turtle who's been stuck upside down and can't roll back right side up!! Help! Mayday!Mayday!

Also, I got the Cathe bands in the mail yesterday. Those babies are thick/tough! I swear the middle band is stronger than the heavy band I currently have. Gonna take some getting used to. I did a couple test firewalkers and some tricep kick back w/ it. Burn, baby, burn:):) Can't imagine what I'll ever use the blue band for. :p

LOL at the turtle thing!

ITA about the new bands too..... they were hard to break in! I had DH use them for a few exercises to break them in a little faster for me!:D
 
Those bands are tough Nan!! Guess mine were way overdue for replacement. I got my set last yr at the RT. We used them doing the kickbox on Sunday morning. We were lucky enough to have Cedie, Jai, and Brenda join us. SOmehow Cedie got the blue band!!! I don't know how she did it, but she did!! :eek:
I'm still only up to the green.

Funny about the turtle move! :eek::eek:
