I just have 2 observations, and going to get them both in one post
I was doing CoreMax last night, and I realized that when I am doing abs on the floor on my back for a long time, I feel like a turtle who's been stuck upside down and can't roll back right side up!! Help! Mayday!Mayday!
Also, I got the Cathe bands in the mail yesterday. Those babies are thick/tough! I swear the middle band is stronger than the heavy band I currently have. Gonna take some getting used to. I did a couple test firewalkers and some tricep kick back w/ it. Burn, baby, burn
Can't imagine what I'll ever use the blue band for.
