Turbulence Training?

Does anyone know anything about this workout series (Craig Ballantyne)? I can find a lot of descriptions of how great it is and how you can lose weight in less time with no cardio, but not exactly WHAT the workouts are comprised of. I'm a little suspicious because they are claiming how bad long term cardio is for your heart, joints, muscles, and encourages your body to hold onto fat...I'm not educated on anything like this, so I have no idea...I usually do a couple days of Cardio (one steady state, one interval or tabata or something) and three days of weight work...not sure what to think of this.
 
I recently purchased a TT program but between a tweaked shoulder and getting sick, I have not had the opportunity to try it. I am very excited about it though! :)
