Do you think it is possible to create a TT workout using Cathe's circuits 3x's a week?
I own every circuit workout she has produced. I think it would be more fun to follow Cathe than a workout on paper![]()

or are there many different TT programs. It reminds me of the BFFM program, but have not done either... Just wondering if you ended up getting into this or passed it up...
