Turbulence Training Question

Hi! I know a number of people here have used Craig's TT ebooks. How are his workouts different than, say, Cathe, Tony Horton, Shaun T? IOW, given that I already have a wide variety of workouts and options, does TT offer something different? I should say that developing more core definition is my main goal. I'm not a novice, either. I don't want to pay $39.95 only to be told to do stuff I'm already doing.

Sandra, I just bought a membership to TT but I haven't actually started doing the workouts so I can't give you an answer just yet, but you can find several of the workouts online for free. My understanding is that TT relies on circuits done in supersets and HIIT. If you go to the TT website you can download a free workout to try. http://www.turbulencetraining.com/
