Cathe, I would LOVE a Turbulence Training dvd done the only way you can do it! It would be great if it could incorporate a 1 minute challenging strength segment followed by a 20 second plyo segment. I would LOVE that. Getting strength along with cardio HIT is the PERFECT combination for a DVD. I really do hope you consider it. Oh and also doing another with low impact HIT would be perfect too. So, for example maybe dvd's for:
• Biceps N Triceps + Plyo HIT;
• Back, Chest, Tricep + Low Impact HIT;
• and Legs + Plyo n Low Impact HIT.
Just sayin.
