Turbojam/beachbody ??

I ordered online and didn't have any problems. Some people have had problems with their dvd's, but I didn't. I've since ordered slim series. Again, no problems. If you want to order, someone at videofitness posted discount info.
That being said, I did send back yoga booty ballet and am waiting for a refund. It's been over 6weeks.

I have ordered from Beachbody twice and have had problems both times. I am still waiting on a working copy of Turbo Jam CPM2 ( I ordered in the Summer). Actually, I've just taken a loss on my order and have moved on. It is a gamble on whether or not ordering from BB will be a nightmare or a smooth transition. If you choose to order, keep a very close eye on your credit card bill for a couple of months.

I ordered from them and they double shipped me and NEVER reimbursed me for the order that I had to ship back to them. Also, the tape, maybe it was Slim in 6, was awful. The guy that was in the background was breathing so heavy - that it was distracting. I couldn't believe that they would produce a product like that. His breathing was louder that the person's cueing.

I have ordered P90X and Turbo Jam and have had no problems with the actual order process. I did have issues with 2 of my Turbo Jam DVD's freezing - which they have replaced very promptly with no issues what-so-ever. I also received my Turbo Jam order within 3 days.
I do have to say too - when I got the P90X series, I had a new puppy that proceeded to chew up 9 of the 11 DVD's, which of course was not Beachbodies problem. Well - I call them with my problem, and they sent me an entire new set after sending mine back with NO charges. They certainly didn't have to do that at all!!
I will order from them again for sure and I am looking forward to the new Turbo Jam workouts they have finished filming.
