Today I have done the cardio party nº 2, the 20 minutes workout and ab jam. It is a 20-min workout that can be broken down into two 10-min workouts. I have done the whole workout oday. The first part have standing exercises and the second part exercises in the floor. I have to confess the first time I saw the workout I thought it was to easy if you used to do ab ripper of P90X or a Cathe's ab workout. I was wrong. The moves are slow and controled.I love the Ab Jam. I can really feel my obliques working.I have felt the obliques during the standing Crunches, Upper Body Rotation (figure 8),the wheel and fast Punches w/Zig Zag Hip on one side.In the floor part I heard an awesome hindu song.
The 20 minutes workout is awesome. I think is a great add-on to another workout.The song "party train" is fantastic.I think is too short.I wanted more.
