Did a homemade mix of warm up and drills off of KPC, power drills off of Cardio Kicks and arm drills and abs+stretch off of CTX Kickbox. Very nice, but longer than the 60minutes I have before work so I was late!

Now that I am back from work I'm about to do CTX step&interval cardio only + S&H chest

Sounds like a lot of drills! :)
That must have been a very intense long workout. Might try that one this week.
I just finished the hi/lo-stepblast cardio premix + the 3 blasts form Step Blast. It was a good workout, but I am still struggling with some of the steps from step blast.
