I can't believe I am first and it is almost mid-afternoon, WOW!! Where is everybody?!?
I did PUB up only premix today for my workout. I have been a little under the weather so I didn't workout yesterday, hopefully my cold in on the downside to being gone.
I overslept this morning and my planned workout this afternoon was CLX Burn Intervals and Ab Burner. Unfortunately I had to work late and by the time I got home I was tired. I did manage to get through Burn Intervals, but Ab Burner will have to wait until tomorrow.
