tubing vs bands

Hi Cathe! Was just wondering what the main difference is between using the tubing vs bands in the new series. I definitely like the feel of the bands and was never a big fan of tubing, but is this just personal preference or is there something I am missing??

Hi there. I am wondering the same thing, although I actually prefer the tubing! Can the bands be substituted for the tubing and vice-versa on any of the workouts? :)
 
Thanks Lynn! Most of the time bands and tubing are interchangeable for exercises, however sometimes certain aspects make one better than the other. For example I prefer tubing with a handle for bicep curls, rear delt fly's, and tricep overhead extensions. But I prefer the flatness of the band when I need to wrap the band around my feet. I also think it is easier to make tension adjustments with the bands. The tubing handles dangle in the way if you need to tighten up on your grip. Overall, I feel both are fairly inexpensive so its not a bad idea to have both on hand (no pun intended, ha). Good Luck!
