Tubing Question

Has anyone used Spri's Lex Loops tubing product? It fastens with velcro around the ankle. I was wondering if I can do the same exercises with the Lex Loops as I can with the Xering. I don't want to get both products if I don't need to. I called Spri customer service but the man I talked to didn't seem too sure of himself about the overlap of these two products. Any input from someone familiar with these would be helpful. Thanks!

i love that tubing with the velcro cuffs ...it stays around your ankles and you can do stuff without trying to keep it from coming off.

great for hamstrings...guads, glutes, sides of legs....

I am too in the process of ordering some Spri Tubing Resistance. The lady that I talked to at Spri told me that Lex Loops and Xering are the same thing except for the padding velcro around the ankles. According to her, you do not need both of them; they perform the same exercises. However she did said the the Lex Loops are better because the tubing stays put. Hope this helps.

You can't do a lunge with the Xertube, so I'd get a Lex Loop. Their stuff is so inexpensive, that you can splurge and get every piece of tubing they offer and not spend a lot of $$$$. Love their stuff!
