In my quest to find safer and gentler lower body exercises because of my knees, I want to know if anyone has tried tubing instead of free weights for lower body work. How did it go for you? Can you compare your results with tubing and those you got from weighted squats and lunges?
Also, is there a book out there that outlines exercises using only tubing/resistance bands?
