Hi Ladies!
Yesterday, I scrubbed walls, washed curtains, and wiped down windows and sills, plus all the regular stuff. Today I plan to tackle the hallway, and several laundry baskets filled with "clutter", make a big batch of beef/barley soup, pay bills and go to the grocery store.
Tomorrow I have a big social day--I get together with a few other moms for breakfast every other month. We all home school and have a special needs child. Then we have our annual home school picnic/field day in the afternoon. Dh has promised that he and the older kids will watch the little ones for me so I can just sit and visit. Anyway, I probably won't get a chance to post tomorrow....
Kate--have fun cleaning--I'll be doing it too. And, ooooh, the road trip in 6 weeks. I'm jealous (in a good way:7 )
Susan--I don't have any advice either, but I will send you a (((hug))). Maybe your doctor could ease your mind about what to expect, although I'm sure you'll get some good advice here as well.
Melanie--I would definitely fire the realtor, if that's possible. Isn't he/she supposed to be working for you? And I'm going to have to go search for the muffin recipe. I'm totally intrigued.
Kristan--I'm so happy your cat showed up. What a nice surprise. I think it's always hard not knowing what happened to a pet (even though I'm not a pet person)
Stephanie--"It's hard to be vain and look like a grapefruit with arms and legs, let me tell you." Oh boy do I relate to this statement. I like to look nice and when I'm hugely pregnant, I just don't. Even my face looks puffy to me. I think I'm more of a whale than a grapefruit though
.
Lisa--I'm sorry about your dog. Was this unexpected? or did you know you were going to have to put her down?
Mikkia--try not to worry. Sometimes a mother's instinct is on, but I think that lots of times feelings can be deceiving. (((hugs)))
Jen--have fun decorating! Sorry to hear Dh isn't feeling well. I hate it when my husband is sick.
Hi Candra! Hi Trish! Hi Anne! Hi Alicia!
take care all
