Pregnancy symptoms--ugh!
1.Heartburn (haven't had that since baby #1)
2.Round Ligament pain--got stuck on my step right after the dumbell french presses in CTX upper body split. Lay there in pain, completely unable to move whilst Cathe and crew moved on without me. I couldn't move for about 3 minutes.
3.Meat Cravings--bought a piece of jerky yesterday at the grocery store. I never buy jerky. My treats are usually way carb based.
4. Constipation--taking stool softener (TMI--sorry)
5. Hot feet--soggy freezing cold "ice" mittens and a fan
6. Insomnia--splurging on a diet coke did not help that one bit.
7. Back pain
8. Weigh gain
9. Okay--enough already--I'm such a whiner.....
But at least I'm not having any serious complications, so I'd better stop griping.
Not much cleaning occured yesterday. I bough Rosetta Stone Spanish for ds 13 and me, but the girls begged to be set up to do it to. It can accomodate 5 users and who can say no to kiddos who want to learn, so setting them up took some time. I'm flagging and feeling a bit overwhelmed. Time to start setting baby step goals--then it will all get done, eventually.
Lisa--my dh probably could deliver my baby--he's been there for all of them. Think of all the money we'd save, I keep telling him, but he's not buying....
Melanie--cool! your elliptical came. I'm jealous (in a nice way
). Maybe you do have twins. I can't wait to see what your ultra sound reveals.
Candra--how old are your kids (or kid) that your husband takes hiking? I think that he and another dad are probably fine, but I know how we mom's worry. They probably have a blast.
Kate--now, now, don't be ashamed about Leslie Sansone--I'm doing Tracy's walking video the marching on the floor version. Now tell me, do you like Leslie as an instructor and what is the music like? reviews?
Stephanie--I had Get Ripped, but I gave it away to a friend who prefers endurance type work. I have Get Ripped 1000 and I use it only rarely as a change of pace. It's more of a cardio/endurance circuit. $4.99 is a great price.
Anne--it's so good to hear from you. I know you live in the midwest and I was wondering if the flooding had affected you and kept you from posting. I'll keep you in my prayers for a successful ovulation, conception, and pregnancy.
Susan--that's too cute about your daughter (aka Laura Stone
). Let us know how the doctor's appointment goes.
Kristan--good job on all the freezer food. That's on my plan for the summer as well. I love having meals or at least part of a meal ready to go. You are so close.
Trish--I'm so impressed that you are running at 22 weeks--I love your little ticker thingie, by the way.
Morris--it's so good to hear from you. Is all going well?
Jen--netflix--what a great idea. Maybe I'll try some easier workouts from there. Do let me know how you like Leslie, though. I love reviews. I don't have any trouble with veins "down there", but I know several women who have. They all buy this tremendously expensive, but worth it they say, support hose. I hope you find a solution--it sounds miserable.
Mikkia--you're back already! Sorry you felt so yucky. It's hard to enjoy oneself when one feels sick to the stomach, but I'm glad your back safe.
I feel like I missed someone, so if I did sorry--
take care all
