I"m half way through my work week! I was much more tired yesterday, but still not nearly as bad as last week. I don't make it past 915 before passing out either. DH has been putting the kids to bed for about a week now b/c I just don't have the energy. It's too bad b/c this is my special time with them---all day long. Too bad they get the end of my day and not the beginning!

I"m off to do cardio coach one again, just 30 minutes. Seems like a good time on my long days. It's getting harder and harder to pick out clothes for work. I plan on telling the first week in August---I'll be about 15 weeks by then. I get a one year retainage bonus from my boss & I don't want to give her any reason for not giving it to me---she's not a nice lady.

Chat later!

Melanie, You'll be tucking thise munchkins in soon enough! yay to the retainage bonus! August will be here soon!

--------
I have a midwife appt this am and then I'm taking the girls to Caesarland, a pizza/playplace, for lunch. We're having company for dinner tonight, so busy day for us. Looking forward to Friday - DH will be home and we can enjoy a long weekend!

Hi,
Melanie-I hope your energy levels return to normal soon. I am sure that exercise helps with bringing up energy levels (at least it's supposed to). I passed out lastnight at 8:30p.m., while watching Cars. Yeah for this being the 1/2 way point of your work week.

Kate-Your date with the girls sounds like fun. Is that like a Chuck E. Cheese? They have pizza and games too. I never took my DS there yet, but feel I will need to soon. That's all my first graders talk and write about! I had to put a ban on Chuck E. Cheese writing this year!

I didn't exercise yet b/c I plan to take DS to Hershey Park later. We will go to the water park, then on rides. I consider that my Walkmax workout for the day. And, with the temps near 90, that counts as a full workout for me! Oh, how interesting I look in my maternity swimsuit!!! It's so funny to see people's eyes go right to my tummy area:) .

We are having company over tomorrow night, then off to my sister's house (an hour away) for a 4th of July party on Friday, then to DH's bro's for another party on the 5th (not looking forward to that one, though). At least my sister has a pool!

I am off to drop DS off at his play preschool for 2 hours (he goes every Wed. morning), then home to paint a bit.

have a great one!

Hello ladies! I hope everyone is having a good morning! I didn't get my workout in yesterday. I totally let time slip away from me, and when DH got home from work, I didn't want to dump everything off on him while I worked out because he's had a really stressful work week, so I skipped it. I should have made time. But, this morning I got up early and did the standing B&G work and part of the floor work. Tomorrow I hope to get an upperbody workout in before we go on the trip. Today I'll be folding laundry, packing and hopefully cleaning the house. I like to come home to a really clean house after traveling.

Melanie--congrats on the bonus --do you really think your boss would not give it to you b/c you are pregnant?? She really isn't nice!! I hope you have lots of energy today!! Don't worry about letting your DH tuck the kiddos in. They probably are enjoying daddytime.

Kate--Your day sounds fun! Let us know how your midwife appointment goes! Pizza sounds very yummy!! :)

Hi to everyone else!!

ETA: I was posting at the same time as Jen

Jen--Sounds like you have a busy rest of the week!! Hope your celebrations are fun!!

Jen, Yes, just like Chuck's. I haven't been to either place since I was in elementary and I've never taken them so this will be a treat for all of us! I wish DH could come... HP def. counts as a WO!! Hope you have fun! Hope the painting goes well.

Stephanie, Good job getting your WO in early. I cannot do that. I feel physically sick the rest of the day when I do it, even not pg. I am not programmed that way! Perhaps if I went to bed before midnight!:p I'm with you on coming home to a clean house! My SIL thinks I'm crazy for cleaning before vacation. I hope your trip goes well.

I think you're suppose to feel the baby move around first around 16 weeks? Yesterday I thought I had gas, but today I feel some movement on the lower right side. Hmmmmmmmm. Maybe I am farther along than I suspected? Or maybe it's just gas. :) Or twins?

My cardio coach workout was great this AM. My energy level has been much better too (but nausea/heartburn has been worse). Maybe my energy level jump is due to iron supplment (or I'm farther along).

This pregnancy has been so confusing for me, right from the get go. I'm eager for an u/s....hopefully they can do one right away...maybe the same day as my first prenatal visit?

Well, best get back to work!

Melanie, I started to feel this baby move at 14 weeks. I am curious to see if you are having twins.

Kate, have a fun day. I love to hear the baby's heartbeat:)

Jen, are you going to Hershey Park with friends? I haven't bought a maternity suit. I just wear my bikini's I already had but I just go in my backyard to swim.

Stephanie, if I don't work out in the morning I very rarely ever get it done. I also like to come home to a clean house. You have so much other stuff to take care of when you get home from a trip it's nice to a least have a clean house.

Hello to everyone else!

I am going to do some upper body workout. We plan on swimming when I am done and later today we are going to my nephew's b-day at grandma's house.

Candra

Melanie, We'll all be intersted to hear how far along you are!

Candra, Nice day for you! Which UB are you doing? Or do you do your own thing? Have fun at the party!

Caesarland was fun - DDs had a blast. They can't wait to go back. I can.;-)

Quiet here today - everybody must be busy.

I suppose it wouldn't be so interesting if it/is just gas and gaining too much weight too fast. ;) At least I don't have to tell ya'll in person. ha ha :D :D

What's Caesarland?

HI. Still here. Acupuncture dude seems to think that I'm ready to go at any time- it would be great if that were the case. Due date is Friday. I'm starting to feel a little sorry for myself.

I ran 4 miles on Monday. I felt great. Too good! No cramps, no ctxn, nothing!

We went swimming today. My extremely responsible 7.5 year old swallowed a quarter while we were there. So, I am waiting for either one of us to have abdominal cramping. Per the ped, the quarter will pass but I've got to watch for it. Anyone else ever have this happen? I feel so bad for her- she's a very sensible kid and feels horrible for stressing me out over it.

Lisa- remember I said we were finished with Puke Fest around here? Not the case. The 2.5 yo stayed home yesterday puking his cute little guts out.

take care. It seems to be something new around here every day.

Never had anyone swallow a coin, but it'll pass through I'm sure....just my 2 cents. ;)

Kristan, That's cool about acupuncture dude! We'll keep our fingers crossed! Maybe it'll be tonight! Isabel swallowed a coin last year. We went thru every poop, mashing it up searching for a quarter, for over a month. I finally gave up. A while back she had some intense stomach cramping. She had an xray done - turns out she had severe constipation and the coin had passed - not a trace of it. If her little 3-yo. bowels can pass a coin, your DDs shoul be just fine!:) Poor girl though - I feel bad for her! Give her a hug for me! Sorry PukeFest isn't over!

Kristan--I'm so sorry about your daughter and the quarter. My nephew did that a few years ago when he was 3 or 4. His brothers were daring to take away his money, so he swallowed it. He was fine. It passed. :) Hope pukefest is almost at an end. Stomach bugs are the worst! I'm also sorry you're feeling so miserable. Those last few days are SO nerve wrecking. Get your DH to do a little nipple stimulation tonight. I've heard that that can trigger labor. I've also heard that sex does too. So put on the Barry White and get to work! ;-) Maybe you'll have good luck while getting lucky.

Kate--DS wants to go to Chuck E Cheese, and I told him DH would take him for a buddy excursion. DH is excited about it. Glad you guys had fun today!!

Melanie--I'm also curious to know how far along you are! Wouldn't it be exciting if you were farther than you thought?

----

Well, I better quit procrastinating. I've got to dust and vacuum. Finally finished folding clothes though. Hope everyone has a good evening!!

Stephanie!!!! LOL!!!!! about your nephew and the Barry White!!! That's the funniest thing I've read all day!
Have *fun* with choremax!

I feel so awesome and energetic. today was supposed to be a rest day but I'm going to do some cardio anyway!

Hi ladies--I'm at the bottom of the pile--haven't had time to get down here today--and not cuz I've been particularly busy--just lazy, lazy, lazy....

I saw my ob today and everything seems fine. He had to rush out early to deliver a baby, though.

Kate--sounds like your dad and my dad have some things in common--but my dad is so dangerous for children that I can't have any relationship with him at all.

Melanie--I can't wait to hear how far along you really are. You need an ultrasound because we are all in suspense here!

Jen--sounds like you have a really busy weekend.

Stephanie--good job on Butts and Gutts. I skipped my workout today and have no good excuse.

Candra--wow--14 weeks for feeling movement is really early. How far along are you now?

Kristan--(((hugs)))those last few days of pregnancy are so hard. I have seven weeks to go and I'm not sure how I'll make it. I'm sure the quarter will come out, but watching for it won't be much fun--maybe you can delegate that job to her, but then I suppose you need to make sure...

take care all!

Maggie:)
33 weeks, 2 days

Maggie, Glad all is well with yoru papoose! Sorry about your dad. I have a wonderful FIL so that makes up for it for me. Did you enjoy your lazy day or feel guilty about it? Enjoy it, woman! You're about to get even busier!:)

Wow ladies, I can't wait until I'm a mom so I can join in the poop talk! ;) Sounds like swallowing coins is the norm!

Kristan - Congrats on your due date being here. I'm sure you've been ready for a while. So how does the acupuncturist know you'll go soon? Just curious as I see a guy for acup. and it helps with fertility too. I think you mentioned it can help move things along as well...interesting.

Melanie - I hope you get your energy back soon! How do you like your new elliptical?

Jen - enjoy your sisters pool and the great Holiday weekend!

Hey there Kate!

Maggie - Glad your OB appt went well today. Anything new?

Hi Candra - not sure we've met yet. Welcome! I've neglected the boards lately. Work has been hectic lately.

Hi Lisa - How are you doing? I heard on the news that groceries are so expensive in Hawaii...hope it's not too much of a ding in the old wallet for you. Anything new?

Hi Stephanie!

So, I'm on cycle day 13 and had an ultrasound today. I have one follicle on the right that is measuring 18mm, so that's really good. I should be ovulating tomorrow, so I'm going in for my IUI in the morning. DH will give me the 'cup' filled with his 'boys' and I'll be on my way. I need to get them there within an hour of collection or it's all for naught!

I'll be curious to know if his sperm count has increased since his surgery 3 months ago. Fingers crossed it's doubled or tripled. He usually has around 3-5 million, which isn't that great. x( Then we'll have to follow up with some extra BDing tomorrow night and Friday to be sure we catch that egg.

Tomorrow we're going fishing after the procedure and then off to the Yankee Doodle pops at the capitol to see fireworks as well. Friday we'll be going to a car show. DH loves old cars and I just like spending time with him.

Anyone else have big plans for the weekend?

Anne, Good luck tomorrow! We all wish you the best! I think you and DH are amazing. Sounds like you guys have nice plans for the weekend. No plans here - when everyone goes out, we stay in!

Anne--I will be praying for you! We have no big plans for the weekend.

Kate--My Fil isn't that great either, but he's certainly not dangerous. I have wonderful parents in the Lord--they lead our bible study. They have a wayword son and both dh and I are first generation Christians, so it's worked out wonderfully.

Good night all!

Maggie:)
