Hey there ladies! For those who haven't heard already, Morris is pregnant!!!
I ended up with 4 workouts last week. I haven't gotten my dvds yet, but I know they usually ship Hawaii USPS on Fridays or something like that so I hope I get it this upcoming week. For those of you who did get it, please tell!!
Jen - That is so annoying about your dvd being cracked. Hope you get your replacements asap.
Morris - Did you have a nice celebration date? No major plans for me this weekend except try and relax.

I watched the Larry King Live show (Joy Behar was filling in for Larry) that had that dr. author guy who believes excercise makes you fat because it makes you want to eat more. He also believes the way to keep "healthy" and lose weight is to just stop eating carbs of anykind. Very Atkins like. Dr. Oz and Jillian Michaels were on there to dispute him. They believe in excercise and complex carbs and occasional fruit. It was very interesting. It made me want to totally cut out the sugars which obviously has been hard for me. I wonder if there really are people who can continually eat without any sugars and simple carbs for a very long time. Am I the only one who just can't let go of the occasional dessert? Oh and speaking of dessert, they don't believe in dessert. Anyway, enough babbling.
