I just pulled the TT 4 week plan off Craig's website but am confused about the counts for the exercises. :confused:

What is a 1-0-1, or a 2-1-2, etc. equate to?

1-0-1, 2-1-2 are the speed that you are to lift at

1 second up, 0 second hold, 1 second down.
2 seconds up, 0 second hold, 2 seconds down

I originally thought (1-0-1) 1 up 1 down but didn't get the 0 in the middle.
