DH and I have got BABY FEVER:D I will admit it..I am 23 and pretty clueless when it comes to pregnancy. Would it be beneficial for me to decrease my workouts while we try to conceive. I am currently exercising 5-6 days a week for about 60-75 minutes. Mostly with Cathe and lately Slim Series. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi Steph,
As far as workouts go there are varying opinions... I continued with my workout schedule and conceived rather easily. I'd personally recommend continuing with your normal schedule for a few months and see if it works for you. If it doesn't you can reevaluate and adjust workouts as needed at that time.

This is what worked for me: Continue your normal workouts until you find out you're pregnant. When you find out, lower the impact so your HR doesn't get too high (so you can continue to say 2-3 word sentences). Continue to workout as often as you can, but listen to your body & take time off as needed.

When you do get a positive PG test, join the workout log for support from all the awesomely wonderful people on this forum. They are a GREAT support. Good luck & have fun making that baby!
