DH and I have got BABY FEVER I will admit it..I am 23 and pretty clueless when it comes to pregnancy. Would it be beneficial for me to decrease my workouts while we try to conceive. I am currently exercising 5-6 days a week for about 60-75 minutes. Mostly with Cathe and lately Slim Series. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
