would it be better to continue doing a heavy strength rotation such as March Hardcore,P90X? or would it be better to do something endurance based such as Slim series?Since I feel like I look too bulky right now. THank you for your advice!!!!

I'm in the same boat and, while you probably won't like to hear this, this is what I've come up with. Trial and error. What works for one person might not work for you. so I suggest you try one style fora while (4-6 weeks) see what results you got and if they arent satisfactory, move on to the next thing. I know it sucks! If you're like me, you want results and don't want to go thru a period of NOT getting results to find what works for you! I'm going thru it as we speak! Good luck1

How much cardio are you doing?

Well, that depends on which rotation I am doing. Usually 2-4x a week. Should I be doing more? I eep hearing conflicting advice on how much cardio to do.

If I were trying to lose 10 lbs I'd do more cardio. I'd keep lifting to minimize the amount of muscle lost while getting rid of the 10 lbs.

Some people need more cardio than others. When trying to burn fat, the goal is to do as little cardio as possible to get the results you wish to achieve and that amount varies from person to person.

I would make an effort to do 4 days of cardio a week. After a few weeks, evaluate and if you think you need more, add another day, then look at it again until you reach that perfect level...not too little and NOT TOO MUCH (there is such a thing).

Also, eat your protein to keep the muscle mass. The more muscle mass you have, the more calories your body is burning when you are sitting on your ass. You don't want to burn off muscle on the treadmill...just the fat!
