Morning Ladies -
This morning I did Amy's Step Challenge 2. I attempted all combos ...1-5. and then did the Power Up segment x 2. More like I learned a step here and there and did my own version......frustrating. I may never learn this.......patience and tolerance are running low today! I wish I was better at picking her coreography up. Maybe I'll have to break down and actually do the tutorial, as I could see it being fun after you learn it (if possible). Workout was 70" and I burned 619 calories....was beet red in the face and soaked! My knee and ankle are hurting. I wish my bike would get fixed so I could spin and do some lower impact...as I've been doing too much impact lately.
I also did Slim & Sculpt Pilates for Legs & Abs with the band 20" and Body Wisdom's Yoga for Neck & Tight Shoulders 38".
Gotta run........have to go get my PPD for my new job and other errands to run and then going over Mom to make BPAL samples and packs. I don't work at Walgreen's 'till Friday this week. The DH isn't happy with the new job I got. He's been such a bear lately.....can't take it anymore.
Thanks for the congrats on the job.....still nervous about my abilities. My DH wants me to not tell Walgreen's ahead of time that I'm leaving. He wants me to go in on the 19th and tell them I quit at the end of my shift....cuz he said if I tell them now, they might tell me they don't need me to work this week and we need the money. I feel bad doing it that way..................what do you guys think? Do you think if I tell them now that I can work until the 19th that they'll keep me 'till then? My DH wants me to be off for Thanksgiving and the day after.
Jen - did you like Tank Top Arms? I have that DVD and haven't done it yet. Should I pull it out?
