Trying to Fit Yoga In for Tues June 26

Morning Ladies -

This morning I did The Firm Cardio Party x 2 ...total of 70" and burned 470 calories. I also did Classical Stretch Intense Athletic Stretch (30") followed by Kundalini Yoga with Ravi & Ana - Dance the Chakra's Yoga set only (30").

I'm going to eat breakfast and then I have errand running to do. I'm going to try to take my uniforms back.

I'm bummed cuz I'm off my prednisone/antibiotic for a couple days and already losing my sense of smell and my sinuses/asthma are getting worse already. Had to use my albuterol this morning during aerobics.

Good afternoon,

I'm getting a late start because I had a doctor's appointment this morning that lasted until almost lunchtime. Oh well, I guess it will just make the day go by that much faster then, right? This morning, I did the BootCamp/ME Bonus Combo mix but I doubled all the cardio sections & also added some reps here & there, where I didn't feel enough emphasis on that particular muscle group. I ended up working out for almost an hour & a half & thoroughly enjoyed it. I'd work out like this every day (alternating cardio & weights, of course) if I had the time. Still no time for yoga this week but I'm hoping to get back into my lunchtime routines again tomorrow.

Lora - Wow! What a great workout you had this morning! That's the only element that was missing from my workout this morning - stretch/yoga. If I had the time, I'd fit it in every single day. Hey, I finally tried that Southwest Salad from McD's & it was very good. Thanks for the tip! Have you tried any of their other salads? So sorry about your sinuses. I can't imagine how discouraging that must be & I just wish there was something they could do that would fix the condition, not create any additional problems, & not be too invasive. Hope you feel better...

Jen - Sorry to hear about your lack of energy to work out yesterday & I hope you have more energy today. You asked if I weigh or measure myself on a regular basis & I don't. I guess I just gauge my results from what I look like & how my clothes fit. I can be obsessive about things so I usually only weigh myself every few months, on a whim.

I haven't placed my preorder yet either but I'm very interested in this series. I'd love to see some photos & obtain some more information (equipment needed, etc.) prior to placing my order but I'll probably break down & place my order soon anyway. Did you notice that in one of the "Ask Cathe" threads, SNM actually stated "You will be happy to know that this premix is already on the disc" as a reply to a premix suggestion? That makes it sound to me as if the discs are already prepared. What do you ladies think?

Hi Ladies! Tonight's WO was the Viper. I had to modify toward the end, but this is the first time I made it all the way through! :) I am soooo tired and shaking everywhere, but it's a good feeling. I had a small amount of caffeine (I know, bad habit to start) this afternoon before the workout and I think it helped.

Lora-Is the house on the market yet? What did the realtor say? I bet they really liked everything you did with the house. I am still thinking about those Firms....will probably end up ordering those before I order the new Cathe one! ;) Did you get my pm yesterday? Hope your sinuses feel better soon!

Kel-What good detective work on the premix issue! I bet you are right. I know they are trying so hard to do everything right this time, that they probably have already filmed and finished everything. (And some people still won't be happy..x( ) Thanks for the good energy vibes (from my lack thereof yesterday...maybe that's what helped my workout today! :+)
